Manual Handling
This course looks at the generic factors of Moving & Handling loads which can be tailored to suit the candidates own work environment.
Providing an awareness of the risks to their spine from improper lifting, candidates will participate in a variety of exercises aimed at safe practice and discuss the merits of moving equipment.
